Job Title: Marketing Operation Analyst

Location: Bengaluru - Work on all days from PhonePe Office - Salarpuria Softzone, Bellandur

Job Description: We are seeking a high energy Operations Analyst to join our team who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of marketing operational processes. This role entails extensive data and operations responsibilities, requiring daily data management, meticulous attention to detail and streamlining operational processes. The candidate should have a strong analytical mindset to problem solve and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The candidate should have very high discipline of executing and delivering projects on time.

Responsibilities

1. Executing Marketing Campaigns of emails, whatsapp, notifications & In-App Banners in close collaboration of Multiple Teams.

2. Updating the MIS dashboard from external sources daily and optimizing it for internal use through Excel automation

3. Proactively analyzing issues and providing actionable insights to mitigate risks and optimize operations.

4. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify, resolve issues efficiently for operational excellence.

Ideal Candidate should have :

1. Strong ownership and action bias.

2. Strong learnability for new tools and skills.

3. Strong Excel skills with advanced knowledge in the automation of reports.

4. Moderate SQL skills for extracting data.

5. Excellent communication skills to convey insights and recommendations.

6. Very good team player and collaborator.

7. Proven experience (1-2+ years) in operation & analytical roles.

8. Preference to someone who has worked in large internet/digital companies in marketing operation roles.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or any related field
