Job Description – Outside Sales Representative
At Sullivan Super Service has been functioning in the Pittsburgh area since 1964.
Bill and Anna Sullivan started their business out of their home with just one truck. As their family grew, so did their business and they opened a shop in Braddock and hired more technicians. Through the years the company grew but remained committed to offering the special touch of a family operated business.
Sullivan Super Service is looking for an energetic, dynamic service technician or salesperson who is skilled at in-home or retail presentations. In-home sales and HVAC experience is required. A highly confident and experienced HVAC technician, who wants to move into sales, will succeed. Residential HVAC Outside Sales Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home consultations with leads generated for you from our corporate marketing team. Present air conditioning, gas furnace, heat pump, mini split, and other HVAC products options with homeowners. Maintain lead pipeline through continued customer outreach and prospecting. · Ride along with service technicians and review service tickets to identify lead and sales opportunities
Attend the Lennox Build-a-salesperson Training
Qualifications:
Valid Drivers’ License
Residential service experience is preferred2+ years with excellent customer service skills and HVAC/R Outside Sales experience
Sales opportunities come to us through a generous advertising budget, repeat customers, and your own prospecting efforts. Your job is to meet the customer in their home to review air conditioning, gas furnace, heat pump, mini splits, and other HVAC products, and close the sale.
