About the role:
The Director, Data and Analytics (Nintex Business Insights) will lead our growing team of Data Analysts and Data Engineers and be responsible for delivering key insights and analyses that help Nintex leaders make informed business decisions. This leader will work with stakeholders across the company to ensure that every department at Nintex is empowered by reliable and accurate data to move the business forward. This is a high impact role that is equal parts strategic and technical and will have significant visibility to the senior leadership team.
The right candidate will be comfortable leveraging a range of analytical techniques (descriptive, predictive & prescriptive) and solving problems at various points of the data lifecycle spectrum. Whether it is working with our data engineers to optimize our data pipelines or working with our analysts on a churn predictive model, this leader can provide their guidance and add value in multiple different ways. Some of the sample challenges this leader will tackle - help Nintex optimize our product telemetry pipelines, improve the robustness of our financial data sets, build propensity models around X-sell and upsell and drive deep insights on the connection between product usage and churn.
