Operations Support Specialist (Haarlem)

We have an exciting opening in our Operations Support Team. As an Operations Support Specialist, you are part of a small team within the Customer Care department, which is consisting of 3 Operations Support Specialists and 1 Quality Assurance Analyst. One great thing about this role is that you work on different projects across the company and with various stakeholders.  

The Operations Support Team enables support teams to deliver the best customer service possible.  

What is the role about?

  • Guiding, engaging and training new hires that join Customer Care  
  • Creating, sharing, using and managing the knowledge and information related to Customer Care  (i.e creating the knowledge page / working with the training lead to roll out)
  • Improving group and individual performance by increasing and honing skills and knowledge  
  • Maintaining and improving the desired level of quality of the support delivered to our customers  
  • Reporting key elements related to Customer Care performance in order to improve different aspects continuously  

Living up to our motto “Customer service should not be a department. It should be the entire company.”, we also liaise with other departments, collaborating and cooperating in different projects and requests to ensure our customers receive the best support.  

 

What we’re looking for:

 

    • Data Analysis Across Operations: Ability to monitor and analyse operational data for various departments, including Customer Care and Engineering
    • Queue Management: Skills in analysing queue data to propose actionable strategies for reducing wait time
    • Data Presentation: Strong ability to create clear reports or presentations, effectively communicating insights and recommendations
    • Collaboration: Experience working closely with various stakeholders, including shift leaders and engineering teams, to implement improvements based on data analysis
    • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking skills to propose innovative solutions for operational challenges based on real-time data
    • You are comfortable dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty
