About the Role
We are looking for a special kind of B2B commercial lawyer to be an early member of our legal team as a CommercialCounsel. You will be responsible for supporting the company’s commercial legal function, and for managing and overseeing both inbound and outbound contract negotiations and drafting (such as critical supply chain contracts and day-to-day vendor contracts, as well as reseller contracts and customer end user agreements). Ideally, we are also looking for a lawyer with experience in government procurement processes and regulations, plus familiarity with how B2B deals work in a channel sales model and how privacy and data protection issues show up in commercial transactions. We are an “in the office” company and this role is based in one of our major offices in San Mateo, CA, Salt Lake City, UT, Austin, TX, or New York, NY. Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
