The Selling Partner Support (SP-Support) organization within Amazon delivers world-class support to our global Selling Partners and is seeking a passionate Program Manager for the Global Process Management (GPM) team. The Global Process Owners (GPO) oversee cross-functional responsibilities, driving innovation, defect elimination, and change management, all with a strong focus on enhancing the Selling Partner experience through collaborative cross-team partnerships.
The GPM team is looking for a customer-obsessed and innovative Program Manager to support the China Amazon Global Selling (AGS) initiative. This role will focus on addressing key gaps in the selling partner experience identified for AGS, working closely with global partner teams to drive the adoption of insights, ensuring solutions are integrated with the AGS perspective, and coordinating impactful improvements to enhance processes and efficiency.
Key job responsibilities:
- Conduct deep dives into defects and issues, identifying root causes and driving solutions to eliminate them.
- Integrate insights and learning into product, process, and system initiatives to build stronger Selling Partner experience capabilities.
- Collaborate dynamically with business and product teams to influence and implement effective solutions.
- Act as a visible and vocal role model, championing Selling Partner needs and leveraging data and technology to achieve goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong project management, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying and addressing customer insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of tracking risk, status, deliver regular reports to senior leadership.
- Proven ability to initiate and propose cross-functional projects, integrate insights, and lead implementation with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
As a key representative of GPM-CN AGS in the NA and EMEA regions, the role involves regular status and risk reporting to senior management, while building strong, collaborative relationships with WW GPOs and business partners to represent China AGS on a global scale.- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL.- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience of Six Sigma/ Lean analytical techniques
- Basic proficiency in Mandarin

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
