The role

As an IT Technician at Nebius, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our U.S. operations and helping to drive the growth of our cutting-edge AI cloud infrastructure. From spearheading key projects to optimizing cloud solutions, your contributions will directly impact our global strategy and customer success.

Maintenance of the IT infrastructure of the data center is an important process, for which we are looking for the Senior IT technician. We expect that you will work in the data center, organize the work of the server equipment using contractors, solve the issues with IT hardware and be responsible for scope of all IT tasks.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Plan regular IT tasks in the data center.
• Solve issues with IT hardware, support IT infrastructure in data center.
• Collaborate with related departments and external
• Analyze problems and abnormal situations in the data center, find the root causes.
• Keep reports on the work of IT data center support.
• Create and keep actual processes/procedures of operation and repair of server equipment.

We expect you to have:

• University or specialized
• Practical experience in planning and solving technical problems.
• Knowledge of data centers, server and network equipment.
• Basic knowledge of Linux and the command line.
• Knowledge of the ITIL methodology, the operational activities of the technical support service (ITSM).
• Project planning and management skills.
• Excel at the advanced level (pivot tables, formulas, lists, graphs).
• Skills of making presentations using PowerPoint or analogs.

It will be an added bonus if you have:

• ITIL certification
• PMI Certification
• skills of using BPMN

Compensation

We offer competitive salaries, along with equity options based on your experience, skills, and location.

Range: $110k - $123k
