Amazon's Fashion Marketplace is looking for a Marketing Manager to drive growth in the Fashion category. This role collaborates with Promotions, Marketing, and Account Management teams to create and execute the Onsite Traffic program to drive awareness and engagement for Fashion categories shopping. You will lead the Gateway Evergreen campaigns, Deal events activation, and explore new personalised onsite experiments. The ideal candidate builds marketing strategies based on data and insights, collaborates effectively with partner teams to deploy activities and scale impact, and is growth-minded.
Key job responsibilities
• Create an Onsite Traffic program to drive Evergreen traffic and events traffic to Fashion categories.
• Manage end-to-end execution of gateway campaigns and Fashion deal events. Collaborate with Promotions, Account Management teams, Fashion Retail and central Marketing teams to deliver Customer Marketing initiatives roadmap.
• Test new personalisation experiments and optimise execution based on customer insights and campaign learnings.
• Communicate results with internal stakeholders and partner teams regularly to iterate on opportunities.
• Track, measure, and report on channel results, contributing to business reviews.
• Present strategy, learnings, and recommendations verbally and in writing to project stakeholders and leadership team.
• Build mechanisms to scale impact of initiatives. Automate execution where possible.
- 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Fluent Japanese and at least business level English (written and verbal)- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
