Amazon is looking for a smart and ambitious SSR Online Seller Consultant to join its China team based in Shanghai, prefer to have online business and category management experience.
The objective of the SSR Online Seller Consultant is to deliver business growth and maximize revenue generation by providing Amazon service to sellers like launching sellers to use FBA on Amazon's global third party marketplace. You will analyze traffic and sales data to identify opportunities to help sellers succeed on the marketplace.

Your superior communication, organizational and technical skills will enable you to operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, where you will have the autonomy to take full control and responsibility for achieving our business objectives. This role provides many opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and fast-moving environment.

Main Responsibilities
Ø Identify and support sellers to Launches and Amazon features adoption.
Ø Review and monitor Seller performance, provide consulting for Seller to grow their business.
Ø Applies Sellers insights to adjust value proposition to Sellers’ needs and objectives.
Ø Applies Seller insights into sales strategy and plan.
Ø Expands application of Client insights beyond assigned territory.

Basic qualifications
Ø Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing related
Ø More than 2 years’ experience working in Marketing, Sales, Operation, or Business Program Management related role
Ø Expertly Excel ability is a must
Ø Fluent English is a must
Ø Ability to think strategically and creatively while executing methodically with high attention to detail, operational excellence and ability to multi-task
Ø Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional and international environment, to lead by influence and earn trust at all levels
Ø Good analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to interpret data and make business recommendations
Ø Genuine and intense customer focus
Ø Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment Fun to work with!

Preferred qualifications
Experience with online sales/marketing management or Project Management is preferred.
MBA is preferred. - 2+ years of professional or military experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies- Experience with pipeline management skills to include utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals
