About the role
We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Part-Time Office Administrative Assistant(Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - 10am-3pm) to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of our office. The successful candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace. This includes managing office supplies, overseeing the office environment, supporting internal events, and handling travel arrangements. The role also involves vendor maintenance, managing administrative expenses and contracts, and processing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices related to office purchases or services.
