Content Writing (Intern)

[About the Role]

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Content Writing Intern to help create SEO-optimized articles and simple instructional content for Appier's services and products, including CrossX, BotBonnie (Appier's SaaS chatbot platform), and Woopra.

[Responsibilities] (training will be provided)

Content Development:
- Assist in writing easy-to-follow instructional guides for various BotBonnie features.
- Help create SEO-friendly articles for Appier and its products, including Woopra, to improve online visibility.
- Support keyword research and learn how to apply SEO best practices in content creation.
- Update and maintain simple documentation with guidance from the team.
- Ability to translate technical information into clear and concise language for non-technical users.

Collaboration:
- Work with product managers, marketing teams, and technical writers to gather accurate information, and understand how content fits into Appier's digital marketing strategy.

Content Quality:
- Learn to write clear, accurate, and engaging content that aligns with Appier's brand voice.
- Add basic visual aids (e.g., screenshots, diagrams) to make content easier to understand.
- Review and edit your work with support from mentors to improve quality.

Qualifications:
- Current undergraduate student in any field; majors in Communications, Marketing, English, or related fields are a plus.
- Passion for writing and willingness to learn about Martech and SEO.
- Good command of English (TOEIC score of 700+ is a plus but not required).
- Ability to research, collect, and organize information effectively.
* Preference will be given to those who can intern for at least 3 days a week.

Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of technology or interest in learning about SaaS platforms and chatbots.
- Familiarity with content writing tools or SEO tools (not required; training will be provided).
- Creative mindset and attention to detail.
