We are looking for a smart, metrics and result-oriented Site Merchandiser who will be instrumental in improving customer experience and growing our business. She/ he will plan, coordinate, and create storefronts, write and schedule content for campaigns and emails, create and analyze metrics dashboards following traffic, click through, conversion, adoption etc. She/ he will report performance and action plans to the stakeholder teams; propose, plan and execute new campaign formats, stores and events with minimal oversight and partner with business and technical teams to achieve goals.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple projects at once, able to take direction, and work well with multiple teams. In addition to having first-class written and verbal communication skills in English, this Site Merchandiser will be able to prioritize to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be innovative and internally motivated and have strong interest in and some experience with online merchandising. Technical requirements include HTML, XML and Excel, plus the ability to learn our in-house tools quickly. This role is based in Bangalore.


Key job responsibilities
- Handling onsite campaigns, merchandising and onsite events for Amazon Karigar & Amazon Saheli.
- Planning and executing the site merchandising calendar, including GW campaigns, new product launches, program-led sale and GFI events, cross-category placements, developing and executing Amazon site wide events etc.
- Tracking and analyzing customer behavior across search, browse and the purchase funnel, and funneling these inputs to drive campaigns increasing traffic and conversion.
- Creating and refreshing storefronts basis customer demand and purchase patterns from developing a wireframe, to executing the marketing plan.
- Creating and co-ordinating design briefs, design development and delivery.
- Analyzing content metrics and proposing new traffic-driving content strategies
- Regularly developing, testing and analyze new merchandising mechanisms that improve traffic and conversion, documenting results and sharing best practices with the team.

- Experience in marketing
- Aptitude to use hard data and metrics
- Creative bent of mind
- Post-graduation preferred
- Prior experience in handling Amazon site merchandising tools is preferable
- Experience in marketing/ program management and multi-stakeholder management will be a plus
- Prior experience in fashion as fashion consultant, merchandiser, or stylist is preferable
- Aptitude to use hard data and metrics to make and support feature and customer segment recommendations
