Join us at Trustpilot as a Mid-Level Product Designer (Designer I) in our Consumer Team. As a Mid-Level Product Designer, you’ll work collaboratively with product managers, designers, and engineers to create user-centric solutions that amplify our consumers' voices and help businesses learn and grow. You’ll deliver delightful and accessible designs that meet user and customer needs, and business goals. You’ll be working on projects that range from researching, concepting and wireframing, to prototyping and completion, and you’ll have the opportunity to work across many of Trustpilot’s platforms.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and present multiple design paths
  • Collaborate with senior designers and product managers in bringing larger strategic initiatives to life, supporting with mocks, decks, and documentation
  • Use research and customer feedback to inform design decisions and help shape future roadmaps, ensuring we are building for real-world needs
  • Develop a deep understanding of Trustpilot’s design principles and use industry patterns to inspire your work.
  • Prototype ideas to illustrate complex user flows and bring your designs to life
  • Present your work to stakeholders with confidence and clarity, promoting a collaborative environment
  • Deliver high-quality UI and UX work consistently
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and bring them to the team’s attention
  • Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity, ensuring all designs support diverse user groups

Who You Are:

  • You have a solid portfolio showcasing well-developed visual/UI design skills and UX research and design. Experience in Consumer-facing digital environments would be ideal
  • You have a good understanding of visual design principles, with keen attention to detail and an ability to create aesthetically compelling designs
  • You may be newer to Product or UX design, but you have a solid foundation in visual/UI design and an interest in developing and growing in the role
  • You have a foundational understanding of user experience principles and processes
  • You’re invested in delivering well-crafted user experiences that fulfil both user needs and business goals
  • You’re familiar with Figma or similar design tools, and comfortable working in a SaaS, agile environment
  • You’re curious, always seeking out new methods to elevate your design process
  • You have articulate communication skills and can express your ideas to a range of stakeholders
  • Experience with branding work is valuable
