What You Will Be Doing

As an IT Service Desk Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for IT support, providing technical assistance to end users and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will play a critical role in resolving system issues, managing IT assets, and supporting enterprise applications while collaborating with IT teams to enhance efficiency and service quality. Your responsibilities include: 

  • Perform on-site & remote analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex system 
    problems for end users. Recommend and implement corrective solutions, including off-site repair for remote users as needed. 
  • Collaborate with the IT Operations team members to ensure efficient operation of the organization's computing environment. 
  • Where required, administer, and resolve issues with associated end-user workstations and networking issues. 
  • Receive and respond to incoming service requests regarding system problems. 
  • If necessary, coordinate with third-party support and PC equipment vendors. 
  • Perform related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the position. 
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft 365/Outlook Webmail. 
  • Assist in troubleshooting applications such as OneDrive, SharePoint, Slack, MS Teams, JIRA, etc. 
  • Manage IT assets for India, including tracking inventory, procurement, updating asset records in FreshService, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

We are seeking an IT Service Desk Administrator with experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and system administration. You should have hands-on expertise in tools such as Microsoft 365, Okta, Kandji, Intune, JumpCloud, and FreshService, with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently and provide high-quality end-user support.   

 Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach are essential. You will work as part of a global IT team, collaborating with cross-functional teams while independently managing your daily tasks. The ability to adapt to changing priorities and new technologies will be key to success in this role.   

 A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant industry certifications. This role requires a commitment to on-site work in the Gurgaon office for 4 days per week, with flexibility to handle additional tasks as needed. 

 

Requirement

  • 3-5 years of experience in enterprise-level IT infrastructure, with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field/training. 
  • Strong commitment to customer service and IT support, with excellent troubleshooting skills, confidence in decision-making, and the ability to drive issues to resolution while managing multiple processes efficiently. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, take ownership of tasks, and maintain high performance standards in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proficiency in MS Windows, macOS, Okta, and various SaaS applications, along with hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365, Office Suite, JIRA, Confluence, and FreshService. 
  • Strong knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) technologies, including Kandji, Intune, and JumpCloud, as well as IT asset tracking, inventory management, and procurement compliance. 
  • Ability to manage IT projects, tasks, and daily operations, ensuring smooth IT service delivery while maintaining a structured and organized workflow.
