Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience developing scaled business activation services for customers including agencies, advertisers, etc.
- 5 years of experience in a client-facing role focusing on consulting or business development.
- Experience working with Google Ads or digital marketing/advertising solutions.
- Experience with data visualization and engineering, AI/ML with coding experience in SQL.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with software development and launch (external to company or open-source) through privacy/legal/engineering review processes.
- Experience with SQL or Python, technical documentation (Business/Product Requirements Document, design documents), cloud technologies, software engineering standard procedures and system design.
- Knowledge of Auto-ML technologies (e.g., Google Vertex AI).
- Ability to identify/prioritize business opportunities.
- Ability to deliver complex long term projects.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Drive the planning, program management and implementation of the agency externalization initiatives, including launching scaled camps, planning self sufficient content enablement.
- Solve business problems through enterprise grade technical solutions, serving as a data/engineering manager for a team of vendor software engineers, Product Managers/Program Managers and data scientists operating across varied workstreams.
- Engage with leadership at all levels of marketing partners ranging from chief officers to the practitioners to prioritize agency initiatives and interventions needed to externalize.
- Activate services and solutions with agencies by bringing them the best of Media Operations in collaboration with agency, product, sales, tech and vendor partners.
- Refine time diagnostic studies to identify issues and develop solutions across process and product automation, standardization and upskilling and expanding diagnostic framework into display, video and shopping.
