We are looking for an experienced and energetic UI/UX Designer to join our growing development lab.

Role Requirements:
- Portfolio that demonstrates visual design skills, logical reasoning, creative thinking, & attention to detail
- Excellent communicator with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment. English is required
- Understanding of user interface patterns and best practices for SaaS and desktop/responsive web design
- Experience in designing low fidelity wireframes to high fidelity prototypes
- Experience with startup product development, user-personas definition, & MVP concept
- Proficiency in using Figma for prototyping and creating high-fidelity designs
- Highly organized and personally accountable

What you’ll need
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related
- 3 or more years of experience as a UX/UI designer
- Deep knowledge of Interaction Design
- Experience in Wireframing and Prototyping
- Experience leading visual and responsive design efforts for business/SaaS products
- Experience working with Agile & Scrum
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment; physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday
