As a Senior Manager for Product Growth, you will lead the development and execution of monetization strategies across Rubrik’s fastest-growing product lines. We expect you to work closely with product, finance and go-to-market teams to develop pricing models and licensing structures that maximize the growth of the business, and engage with engineering and operations teams to quickly bring new products to market. In addition, you will identify and track the key performance metrics to assess the success of the business to drive profitable growth for the organization. Rubrik’s monetization team sits within product management and reports into Anneka Gupta, Chief Product Officer of Rubrik.
You are passionate about bringing people together across an organization to drive a business forward. You are skilled at financial modeling and have a keen interest in business strategy at a high-growth software company. You excel at distilling complexity into clear-cut, concise strategy, and are comfortable communicating this in written and visual form. You’re scrappy, get stuff done, and have a strong sense of ownership.
