It's with that in mind, Beyond is looking to add a Billing Analyst to our growing team. Reporting to our Director of Global Accounting, you will have the opportunity to operate our billing for our growing EMEA market. As the world and travel landscape shift around us, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization and take part in a critical role geared towards the success of our customers and our employees. You will possess excellent customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and well organized. This position is a Hybrid role with the ability to sit in the office at least  2-3 times a week

As our Billing Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting in resolving billing discrepancies and disputes
  • Preparing and process key billing deliverables, including customer invoices, credits, and account updates
  • Collaborating with the Sr. Billing analyst and Go-to-market teams on special case customer billings.
  • Ensuring timely collection of payments for manually billed customers
  • Updating and maintain customer accounts to ensure accurate billing periods
  • Working closely with the Sr. Billing Analyst to manage customer correspondence and billing inquiries.
  • Conducting weekly outreach for returned customer payments 
  • Serving as a backup to the Sr. Billing Analyst as needed
  • Communicating effectively with customers regarding billing matters

Now that we’ve told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate:

  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) required
  • Two years of experience in billing 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A flexible team player amongst different time zones
  • Ability to multitask between competing priorities
  • Able to go to our Barcelona office twice a week!
