What is The Role

We are looking for a Sr. Compensation Analyst / Compensation Partner to join our global Compensation team. Reporting to our Sr. Manager, Compensation Programs & Design, you will be a key player on the team that is responsible for implementing and running broad-based compensation programs, emphasizing market-competitive practices that are globally consistent and locally relevant.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Assist in analysis and implementation of broad-based compensation programs with a focus on local delivery of programs in the EMEA and APJ regions
  • Manage regional compensation compliance requirements including but not limited to EU pay transparency legislation and country-specific compensation reporting
  • Partner cross-functionally to support communication and obligations relating to EMEA-based Works Councils
  • Support administration of semi-annual compensation review cycles, serving as front-line point of contact for HR partners and managers in EMEA and APJ
  • Contribute to change management and communication plans for large-scale projects to ensure regional perspective and alignment
  • Conduct research, analysis, and modeling for compensation-related matters including employee offers, cost/benefit impact, and compensation data validations/audits
  • Participate in regular market analysis and benchmarking for cash and equity programs
  • Proactively seek new insights and approaches contributing to the continuous improvement of compensation programs and processes

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field – or – have equivalent experience, education, and training
  • Minimum 4-6 years of required experience in a Compensation Analyst role with a global company
  • Knowledge of EU pay transparency legislation and hands-on experience delivering on country-specific reporting requirements (i.e. gender pay studies, job evaluation, equality plans)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (i.e. spreadsheets, databases)
  • Experience with Workday and Radford market data (or other similar compensation software)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; ability to prioritize multiple tasks and navigate ambiguity
  • Ability to effectively communicate with various levels of managers and employees, and work in close partnership with others.
