Job Description

Summary: 

As an Experiential Marketing Coordinator, you are at the forefront of lead generation and building brand awareness for our autonomous finance solutions. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing HighRadius’ participation in third-party marketing events that drive meaningful engagement with prospects and customers.

Your role will involve supporting the Marketing Manager in two core areas:

  1. Planning, executing, and leading participation in various field marketing initiatives, including trade shows, webinars, executive roundtables, speaking sessions, and industry group events
  2. Identifying and engaging with prospects at events, fostering meaningful interactions through event-driven channels. 

Our ideal candidate must have grit, be detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable with making decisions on the go. This role requires up to 50% of travel based on the event portfolio you are assigned to, with “event season” requiring heavy travel for approximately five months per year.

Your Day-to-Day:

Event Evaluation & Campaign Planning

  • Research and evaluate prospective events and partnerships for alignment with overall strategy, using data-driven insights to inform decisions.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns to drive attendance via experiential marketing channels, including conferences, webinars, trade shows, and roundtables.

Pre-Event Logistics

  • Manage all aspects of event preparation, such as coordinating with vendors, securing booth spaces, organizing promotional materials, and ensuring logistical needs are met.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to determine event staffing and maximize lead generation opportunities.

On-Site Event Management

  • Serve as the on-site lead, ensuring booth operations run smoothly, promotional materials are presented effectively, and team members engage with prospects to generate leads.
  • Act as a marketing and sales ambassador, engaging directly with attendees to promote our brand, identifying prospects to drive lead generation
  • Motivate and guide team members, leading by example in generating leads and fostering meaningful interactions.

Post-Event Reporting & Analysis

  • Ensure all lead data is accurately recorded and tracked in Salesforce, with follow-ups documented and assigned appropriately.
  • Conduct post-event analysis, summarizing lessons learned, reviewing performance metrics, and preparing cost analysis reports to evaluate ROI.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including sales and marketing leadership, to align event strategies with broader business goals.
  • Build strong relationships with external vendors, customers, and partners to ensure seamless event execution.

What You Need to be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of relevant experience (marketing, advertising, public relations)
  • Experience promoting programs through various marketing channels (email, social, paid, etc.) preferred
  • Translate business goals to execution and analysis with a data-driven approach
  • History of managing event budgets preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Impeccable organization skills with attention to detail
  • Solid computer skills with Microsoft Office (with emphasis on Microsoft Excel), G-Suite (with emphasis on Google Sheets)
  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus
