Job Summary:
HighRadius is seeking a seasoned content writer with 3-4 years of experience to
spearhead innovative content creation for the brand and email team. Your role will
focus on driving top-of-the-funnel awareness through engaging and targeted
digital content and strategies across NA and EMEA. We need a creative powerhouse
who understands the pulse of the financial B2B software sector and can collaborate
effectively to turn insights into action. Strong storytelling and strategic thinking are
must-haves.
Responsibilities
● Create compelling content for channels such as social media, emails, videos,
press releases, etc. by developing a robust understanding of the industry,
product, target audience persona, and competitors from time to time.
● Collaborate closely with the product marketing team to ensure consistency in
messaging and branding across all content channels.
● Monitor and analyze performance metrics and user feedback periodically.
Based on the takeaways, tweak and optimize marketing efforts.
● Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ideate and plan press releases for
the company.
● Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track progress and make
data-driven improvement recommendations.
Skill & Experience Needed
● 3-5 years of core content writing experience from Accounts Payable/Fintech background (especially B2B)
● Experience conceiving, developing, and supervising marketing and
communication ideas throughout their cycle.
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Literature, or a related
field.
● The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced
environment and the need to establish expectations and rationale on
results for stakeholders and contributors.
● Expert storyteller with solid writing skills and the creativity to build compelling, consumer-friendly narratives.
● Excellent English speaking and writing skills and attention to detail.
