Product Marketing & Content Specialist – CEO’s Office

Job Summary

HighRadius is looking for a Product Marketing & Content Specialist to join the CEO’s Office in a high-visibility role. Your work will drive CXO Advocacy, Customer Marketing, and Executive Communications, crafting stories that influence finance leaders and shape our brand’s voice in the market.

This role offers direct collaboration with CXOs, ownership of high-stakes narratives, and the opportunity to create thought leadership that sets the industry standard. If you’re an expert storyteller with a keen understanding of finance and accounting audiences, coupled with exceptional stakeholder management skills and a sharp eye for design, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact.

 

Responsibilities

Customer Marketing & Narrative Design:

 

  • Create customer stories and materials that demonstrate tangible business outcomes, reinforcing the company’s position as a market leader.

  • Contribute to large-scale branding initiatives, such as Radiance (HighRadius flagship customer event) and other marquee field events, creating high-quality educational content and aligning it with the company’s strategic messaging.



Strategic Marketing & Branding:

  • Drive CXO advocacy programs to highlight success stories, customer endorsements, and value-driven outcomes.

 

  • Design narrative frameworks that effectively communicate the value of finance automation to CFOs and senior finance leaders.

 

Executive Communications:

  • Partner with CXOs and senior executives to craft high-stakes communications, including keynotes, case studies, and endorsements.

  • Become the executive’s scriptwriter and convert strategic thoughts into engaging messaging for internal and external audiences.

  • Develop and deliver polished, engaging presentations for executives, using tools like PowerPoint and Google Slides.

  • Build visual storytelling assets that communicate complex financial and operational concepts with clarity and impact.

  • Thrives in high visibility setups and excels at stakeholder management



Thought Leadership Development:

  • Produce whitepapers, articles, and other thought leadership materials that resonate with finance and accounting professionals.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into content strategies.

 

Visual Storytelling & Content Creation:

  • Blend storytelling expertise with design acumen to create visually compelling decks, infographics, and reports.
  • Simplify complex financial and operational processes into digestible, impactful narratives tailored to finance audiences.

 

Analytical Skills:

  • Utilize research data and information to develop storyboarded insights, connecting the dots to create a cohesive narrative.
  • Synthesize, organize, and present information in a structured manner.
  • Break down complex topics into easily understandable insights.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration Across Teams:

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Partner with customer success and advocacy teams to identify and amplify customer success stories.



Qualifications 

  • 3–6 years of experience in content marketing, executive communications, or storytelling, with a focus on finance and accounting audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage and collaborate with senior stakeholders, including CXOs and executives.
  • Expertise in creating executive-level content, including keynotes, endorsements, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Slides, with an eye for design and branding.
  • Exceptional business writing and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, engaging narratives.

 

Other Preferred Skills

  • Background in finance or accounting, with an understanding of CFO priorities and challenges.
  • Experience in high-visibility roles or projects involving senior executives and strategic initiatives.
  • Creative mindset with strong design skills to craft visually striking presentations and materials.
  • Analytical skills to support storytelling with data-driven insights.
