Job Summary:

Functional ownership of Testing Practice for Highradius consulting implementation ( O2C, CFOTech). Develop and implement the overall strategy for the Testing Practice, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and objectives. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in testing methodologies and practices.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Operational Management: Setup the testing practice, Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Testing Practice, including resource allocation, budget management, and performance monitoring. Ensure the delivery of high-quality testing services across all projects and initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and business units, to ensure seamless integration of testing processes. Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Talent Development: Lead and mentor a team of testing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning. Identify skill gaps and provide training and development opportunities to enhance the team's capabilities.

Skill & Experience Needed:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or related fields.
  • Certifications in related areas like PMP, Agile, DevOps and other technologies preferred.
  • Overall 15+ years of technology and QA  experience with at least 5 years of progressive leadership experience.
  • Experience with Order-to-Cash(O2C)  and CFO Tech related business processes is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and lead effectively within a complex matrix organization, coordinating across multiple functions and geographies.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to think holistically and align departmental goals with the broader organizational objectives.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality results, meeting deadlines, and achieving targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Adept at fostering a collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork, and driving cross-functional initiatives to achieve common goals.
