Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of industry experience in digital advertising, solution-based selling, consultative sales, consulting, business development, or digital marketing, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Turkish fluently in order to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in management consulting, advertising industry or omnichannel retail marketing.
  • Understanding of digital and traditional media, online marketing and managing large advertising campaigns.
  • Ability to work in ambiguity and operate with limited guidance, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent leadership, organization, communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills.

We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

  • Develop and execute business strategy for the omnichannel retail and fashion sectors, focusing on driving growth and adoption of Google's products and solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, and strategic alliances.
  • Develop an understanding of the Fashion and omnichannel retail industries, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on how Google's solutions can address their specific needs.
  • Provide excellent customer services to Google's advertisers, identify and solve client problems.
  • Work with cross-functional teams across Google (e.g., product, engineering, marketing, legal) to ensure alignment and effective execution of the industry strategy.
