As the Head of Demand Generation at Coalition, you will report to the CMO and be responsible for setting growth strategy, overseeing demand generation programs, and managing lifecycle engagement for our cyber insurance and cybersecurity products.
Our partnership with global insurance brokers enables us to offer Active Cyber Insurance to businesses worldwide. We onboard policyholders, introduce them to our security capabilities, and provide direct security tools and services. Working closely with our sales and product teams, you will create exceptional experiences for brokers and businesses, fostering interest and long-term relationships with Coalition. As the head of demand, you will be responsible for implementing, tracking, and refining strategies that not only help us drive interest in our products but help to support ongoing engagement with both brokers and businesses.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The US base salary for this position ranges from $175,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $275,000/year in our highest geographic market. Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors, which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location.
