THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Partner Readiness Specialist to our team in Brazil! 

The Partner Readiness Specialist will play a key role in ensuring that partners are fully equipped to maximize the value of their partnership. This role is at the intersection of enablement and CRM-driven communication, supporting initiatives such as Partner Onboarding, DEI for Partners, Product Feature Adoption, and Continuous Partner Education. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing scalable training and enablement programs that drive engagement, readiness, and long-term success for partners worldwide.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Design, develop, and execute scalable partner enablement programs that improve onboarding, education, and product adoption.
  • Create high-quality training content across various formats, including text, video, audio (e.g., podcasts), and interactive webinars.
  • Build and maintain onboarding assets for new partners, ensuring a smooth ramp-up to full engagement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve partner readiness through continuous education and learning experiences.
  • Utilize CRM tools and marketing automation to enhance communication and partner outreach, ensuring that training and enablement efforts are effectively delivered and tracked.
  • Partner with internal teams (Lifecycle, Product, Success, Marketing, etc.) to align enablement efforts with company objectives and partner needs.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuously optimize content and delivery methods.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in partner enablement, content creation, and digital learning strategies.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Proven experience (4+ years) in partner enablement, training, customer education, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of enablement, training methodologies, and adult learning principles.
  • Hands-on experience building training and enablement programs from scratch.
  • (Plus) Experience working in a global role, creating content that resonates across different regions and cultural contexts.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • (Plus) Experience in supporting the implementation and maintenance of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • (Plus) Experience with advanced data analysis and dashboards.
  • Mandatory fluency in English and Portuguese;
