THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Program Analyst to our B2B Revenue Global Programs team in Miami-FL

This role is to join the B2B Revenue Global Programs team, which supports the SMB Sales organization. As a Program Analyst, you will support the management of programs and initiatives to accelerate the growth of the Wellhub, including support for Global Outbound Sales and Growth initiatives. The position will work closely with senior program managers, business development leadership, sales leadership, and other revenue stakeholders to support and drive new and ongoing analyses, proactively identify problems and propose potential solutions, and support ongoing initiatives as needed. This is a great opportunity for a high-achieving, analytical, entry-level college grad, or someone interested in a career change. In this role, you’ll join a growing, Global team that acts as a force-multiplier for the B2B Revenue Org. This is a hybrid position and you will be required to come into the office 2-3 days per week.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Collaborate closely with Global Programs, Sales Development, and Sales Leadership, to support new and ongoing initiatives for the Revenue team
  • Assist Global Programs and Sales Ops with Global Outbound Sales initiatives, including the development and ongoing management of the SMB Book of Business in Salesforce
  • Work independently and as a part of a team to develop analyses with internal data from Salesforce and other systems, and report on analyses to cross-functional teams
  • Communicate regularly on initiatives in-person, in-video calls, in docs, and other via written communication
  • Become an expert in our internal tools and processes, including Salesforce, Salesloft, Tableau
  • Partner closely with members of the Global Programs team to become an expert in the key SaaS metrics we use to measure the success of our business

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have a bachelors degree in an analytical degree, such as Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or other similar degrees
  • You are detail-oriented and comfortable working with data and creating simple data visualizations
  • You are a self-starter who can multi-task, work on multiple priorities, and is comfortable asking questions in a hybrid environment
  • You have the ability to work both autonomously and collaborate in a Global team environment
  • You are a strong communicator. You’re comfortable communicating your ideas both verbally and in written communication
  • You’re tenacious, and will roll-up your sleeves and help when needed. You’re comfortable managing change and adapting to a fast-growing environment
  • You’re excited to grow as a professional and excited to learn more about the tech industry
  • It’s a plus if you have experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and other analytical tools, but it is not required.

In Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Missouri, Michigan, North Carolina, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, South Carolina,  Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Wisconsin, the hourly base salary range for this role is $26.23 - $32.80 USD. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors.

See below for the annual base salary range for this role, which applies to New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts and Washington. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.
