THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Fitness Partner Success Executive to our Partner Sales team in London!

Are you passionate about health, fitness, and wellness? Do you have experience in the health and fitness sector? Join a team of like-minded individuals and help us make every company a wellness company. We’re looking for a talented and ambitious Partner Success Representative to join our UK & Ireland Partnerships Team team in London to focus on managing relationships with our existing partners ensuring retention and driving overall growth.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Manage and maintain relationships with key partners.
  • Supports partner integration processes and ensures seamless experience.
  • Handle partner inquiries through Zendesk.
  • Manage ticket workload and provide support to partners on Zendesk.
  • Negotiate renewal contract terms and pricing changes with partners.
  • Ensure that all partners are in compliance with the required standards and provide the correct information on the platform.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address partner needs and ensure a positive partner experience.
  • Investigate, develop and implement strategies to improve partner retention and success.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure partner performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor partner performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve savings and other objectives.
  • Create and manage reports to share insights.
  • Supports team workload management and suggests strategies to improve productivity.
  • Actively share insights and best practices with internal departments to improve collaboration and product expertise organization-wide.
  • Document key learnings and outcomes from projects and partner reach outs to inform future strategy and planning.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.

WHO YOU ARE

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Sales or related areas. 
  • Fluent in English.
  • Must resides in London.
  • Availability to go to the office at least twice a week.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem solver & self-sufficient worker.
  • Proven stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent time management, organizational and relationship-building skills.
  • Outstanding phone presence and willingness to make multiple phone and email contacts.
  • Confident facilitating business relationships with decision-makers.
  • Comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced, numbers-driven environment.
  • Must be able to adapt to evolving departments/roles, able to take on new challenges as they become delegated to the position.
  • Hunger to grow your career and tackle new challenges with a clear desire to have a big impact on Wellhub revenue and gym partners set.
  • Advance in Excel, Powerpoint and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Zendesk or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Experience in the fitness industry is a plus.
