THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Partner Acquisition Channel Sr Manager to our Partner Sales team in Miami, Florida

We are looking for a hands-on Acquisition Channels Lead to generate warm, qualified leads and source, manage, and deepen existing relationships with one-to-many indirect channels (such as indirect acquisition channel providers and associations). This role is pivotal in leveraging these partnerships to drive traffic to our Self Sign-Up page, ultimately reducing customer acquisition costs (CAC) and increasing the rate of gym sign-ups. You will also be supporting in the development of partnerships that create improved user experiences.
Our three overarching goals encompass the crucial aspects of the role, focusing on generating quality leads, optimizing costs, and strengthening partnerships to drive business growth.
You will be working in a high-performing team, looking at expanding our footprint of wellness providers at scale. Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Operations, and Data teams will mean you will have significant cross-functional exposure.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Leading this initiative will require a detail-orientated, proactive, and consultative approach. Success will be measured by:
    • Lead Generation and Conversion Efficiency
    • Increase the number of warm and qualified leads generated through indirect acquisition channels.
    • Improve conversion rates of these leads into launches via the Self Sign-Up (SSU) page, ensuring leads are of high quality and likely to convert at a higher rate.
  • Cost Effectiveness
    • Achieve a lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) through launching via Self Sign-Up compared to direct sales, demonstrating the cost-effectiveness of these indirect channels.
    • Measure the Return on Investment (ROI) for financial incentives and referral programs to ensure they effectively drive lead generation and conversion at an optimal cost.
  • Partnership Development and Operational Efficiency
    • Expand and deepen partnerships with indirect acquisition channel providers, enhancing the number and quality of partnerships.
    • Streamline the integration process of leads from indirect channels into SSU, reducing bottlenecks and improving operational efficiency.
    • Maintain high partner satisfaction and retention rates through effective relationship management and regular performance feedback.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Relevant Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales related field: Enables quick implementation of B2B marketplace strategies.
  • Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field, ideally within the technology or fitness industry.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition processes and digital sales channels.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work and lead cross-functionally with multiple teams including Marketing, Finance, Tech, and Data Analysis.
  • Proactive & Ambitious: Ensures continuous effort towards meeting and exceeding targets for growth.
  • Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Identifies improvements to optimize processes.
  • Excellent Communication & Collaboration: Supports seamless collaboration across internal teams like Technology, Operations, and Marketing.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced environments, keeping ahead of market changes.
  • CRM & Automation Tool Experience: Essential for managing leads and tracking performance.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Helps identify trends and evaluate campaign effectiveness for continuous improvement.

In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is $104,812 - $131,015. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.
