Hover is seeking in-person office support in our brand-new New York City office. This is a full-time, exempt position located in New York, NY reporting to the Director of Workplace in California. This position would be an excellent opportunity to work with various departments and learn more about how a fast-paced startup operates.
You’ll be joining a three-person Workplace team, as well as a three-person Executive Assistant team.

We are looking for someone who can keep our office organized and maintain a professional company image to vendors, clients, etc. while making it a lively, fun place to work.
The Workplace Coordinator will have the opportunity to grow the culture and office environment to help us become a more lean and effective organization. We are looking for a candidate who is eager to take on a wide-ranging set of responsibilities and who will confidently manage many priorities while providing in-office support for our New York team. This person will also provide EA support for two East Coast-based executives.

Hover has Hubs in San Francisco and New York City, where we expect that all employees living within a 50-mile radius of our offices will come into their local Hover office at least three times a week to build rapport and foster organic connection. At this time, Hover is not considering fully remote roles. This role is located in our New York City hub.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $81,000-$92,000 annually. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all applicable US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
