Job Summary
As the Practice and Communities Lead, you will oversee the development and execution of technical practices and community initiatives in the EMEA region. You will ensure that Wizeline’s technology offerings align with client needs and industry trends while fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and growth. This role involves strategic leadership in technical delivery, career development, and resource management, driving both regional and global impact.
Practice Leadership:
- Develop and refine technology offerings to meet client needs and industry trends.
- Build reusable tools, accelerators, and processes to enhance delivery efficiency.
- Represent Wizeline as a thought leader through speaking engagements, publications, and partnerships.
- Provide technical expertise and assets to support sales and delivery teams.
Community Leadership:
- Design career growth paths and training programs for employees across the EMEA region.
- Plan and lead engagement activities like tech talks, hackathons, and meetups to attract and retain talent.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and coaching processes to strengthen regional communities.
- Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Talent and Resource Management:
- Staff teams strategically across projects
- Provide mentorship and performance feedback to teams, ensuring excellence in delivery.
- Collaborate with global teams to align regional practices with Wizeline’s strategic objectives.
Are You a Fit?
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within consulting or a tech organization.
- Expertise in managing technical teams and driving reusable solutions.
- Excellent English communication and mentoring skills to foster growth and collaboration.
- Familiarity with EMEA markets, technology trends, and talent landscapes.
- Demonstrated thought leadership through speaking engagements, publications, or industry events.
- Experience in building and leading communities, such as tech forums or hackathons.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a track record of delivering impactful solutions.
- Knowledge of data governance, privacy regulations, and ethical AI practices.
