What You’ll Do:
As the Senior Manager of Sales Engagement, you will help shape and implement strategies that define how we engage with leads digitally. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and coaching a team of Sales Engagement professionals focused on employing data and digital tools to maximize prospect engagement.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to execute effective campaigns that generate qualified leads and support the buyer's journey.
- Analyzing performance metrics and insights to optimize engagement strategies, continuously improving our approach based on data-driven results.
- Developing and sharing best practices for digital engagement, ensuring alignment with the overall sales strategy.
- Assisting in the identification of high-potential accounts and prioritizing outreach efforts based on fit and opportunity.
- Supporting Sales leadership by ensuring a seamless handoff of qualified leads, establishing clear guidelines for engagement and follow-up.
- Keeping up with industry trends to recommend innovative practices and tools that enhance lead generation efforts.
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in sales engagement practices and experience leveraging digital tools for lead generation. You should have:
- Experience in a sales or marketing role with a focus on B2B SaaS products, preferably with at least 5 years in a related field.
- A strong understanding of data-driven decision-making and the ability to interpret analytics to inform strategies.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a small team effectively, fostering a culture of innovation and quality engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging various audiences from executives to technical teams.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles, particularly CI/CD processes, and their importance in customer engagement strategies.
