About the opportunity:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our team as part of a fast growing Data, AI, and Platform services company. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a fast-paced environment, assisting our Sales Team, Google Partners, and clients with workshops, planning events, and day-to-day IT support. Youโ€™ll be the go-to person for IT HelpDesk support, hardware setup, user onboarding/offboarding, and more.

The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience with Google Workspace, strong client-facing communication skills, and a keen ability to solve problems quickly. Youโ€™ll be an integral part of a dynamic team, contributing to the smooth operation of our technology stack to maintain employee productivity while growing into more complex projects and deployments over time.
