About us

Coalition is the world's first Active Insurance provider designed to help prevent digital risk before it strikes. Founded in 2017, Coalition combines broad insurance coverage with a digital risk assessment and continuous security monitoring to help organizations protect themselves in today’s hyper-connected world.

Opportunities to make an impact with bold thinking are real - and happening daily.

About the role

At Coalition, we’re reimagining cybersecurity by blending cutting-edge technology with cyber insurance to help small and medium-sized businesses navigate the ever-growing landscape of cyber risks. With over 90,000 policyholders, we have a unique window into the cyber risks that businesses face—allowing us to build innovative cybersecurity solutions that truly make a difference for our customers.

But here’s the thing: We need you!

We’re looking for a strategic and GSD’er Senior Manager, Product-led Growth, reporting into product marketing, to help build our Product-led Growth strategy. This role is key to accelerating our self-serve go-to-market motion. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Product team to accelerate product adoption and customer acquisition within our security product portfolio. You will develop and execute growth strategies, optimize the customer journey, and drive impactful in-product campaigns – all while tracking key metrics along the way for onboarding, adoption, and conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Craft compelling content: Develop messaging and content that makes complex topics feel approachable, and drives action at every stage of the in-product experience.
  • Own the customer journey: Map out and refine the ideal user journey for Coalition’s security products, so that we can optimize acquisition, adoption, and conversion.
  • Experiment, a lot: Develop the experimentation muscle at Coalition, and run fast, data-driven experiments across the user journey to test and validate new growth hypotheses.
  • Collaborate with Product: Work closely with your partners in Product Management and Design to jointly shape and prioritize the growth roadmap.
  • Optimize the journey: Use data insights, working with our data science team, to continuously refine the customer experience and improve conversion metrics.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in growth or product marketing with a focus on user adoption.
  • Small business and / or security experience is a plus— we’re all about finding someone who understands how to inspire action in our customer base.
  • Testing and experimentation are second nature to you—you’re not afraid to fail fast and quickly learn from data.
  • Self-starter with a passion for working in dynamic environments and juggling multiple projects.
  • Collaboration and communication is key: You thrive in cross-functional teams, know how to align stakeholders, and bring clarity and impact to every discussion.

Compensation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The US base salary for this position ranges from $160/year in our lowest geographic market up to $190/year in our highest geographic market. Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors, which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location. Your recruiter can share more on target salary for your location during the interview process. Coalition, Inc. reserves the right to modify this range as needed.

Perks

  • 100% medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Flexible PTO
  • Annual home office stipend and WeWork access
  • Mental & physical health wellness programs like One Medical, Headspace, Wellhub, and more!
  • Competitive compensation and opportunity for advancement
