We are looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our sales team in our Colombian head office in Bogota. If you are entrepreneurial, a self-starter, and are excited about speaking to HR leaders about employee engagement – this is the role for you!
You will be working with our global head office in Toronto to initiate new business relationships by prospecting and qualifying meetings for our Account Executive team in the US/Canadian market.
You’ll be “running your own business” with full autonomy to control your sales strategy with the guidance of your sales leader. Your core responsibility is to connect (over phone/email) with HR leaders in large enterprise companies to initiate a conversation and qualify a meeting for your Account Executive. Your day will be a mix of prospecting, skill development, team collaboration, and recognition (it’s what we do).
