The Achievers Account Manager is a seasoned sales professional who can work in a team selling environment to drive customer value and account growth. The Account Manager partners with the Customer Success Manager to develop the account strategy and manage the sales cycle. This includes owning renewals, regional expansions and upselling of new products. The AM will create prospecting plans, develop customer presentations, and manage the sales negotiations. The Account Manager will be customer facing but will also support Customer Success Managers through their sales cycle. The AM is responsible for identifying new relationships and stakeholders within the account to support any new revenue generation. They will work closely with the CSM, who owns and manages the program owner relationship.
