The Opportunity
We are excited to be hiring a Data Analytics Lead, Experience to drive data-informed decision-making across product, growth, and self-service revenue initiatives. As a key member of the Growth & Experience team, you will analyze complex datasets, uncover key insights, and enable data-driven optimization of customer journeys, onboarding, and monetization strategies.
Reporting directly to the Head of Growth & Experience, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, Paid Search, Paid Social, Lifecycle, and SEO to ensure data-backed decision-making that improves activation, conversion, and retention. We are looking for a technical and strategic data leader who thrives at the intersection of analytics, experimentation, and revenue impact.
