About the Role
As the Sales Operations Coordinator, you’ll be a key operator within Kandji’s GTM Strategy & Operations organization—owning the day-to-day mechanics that drive sales performance, funnel conversion, and pipeline discipline. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that blends sales process, strategy, frontline execution, and operational rigor.
You’ll partner closely with GTM leadership, Sales Managers, the GTM Systems Manager, and key stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure our go-to-market teams are equipped with the processes, data, and visibility needed to execute with precision. A central player in operationalizing Kandji’s hybrid self-service and sales-led motions, you’ll help ensure we scale with speed, clarity, and accountability.
This is both a strategic and executional role: you’ll own critical GTM programs while also rolling up your sleeves to resolve issues, manage CRM workflows, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations—driving outcomes that matter across the business.
