ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sales Training Specialist, you will own elements of Tide training and report directly to the Training Team Lead/Manager. You will also identify, prepare, develop and deliver high-quality training virtually, through our LMS platform and face-to-face across all of PCM’s teams. 

You will work closely with the Quality Аssurance, Management and Operation teams to identify gaps and implement training sessions to address them.

As a Sales Training Specialist you will:

  • Conduct workshops and deliver individual and group training sessions focused on sales techniques, processes, and compliance, both virtually and face-to-face
  • Own and continuously refine sales training materials, ensuring they remain relevant and effective
  • Design engaging and effective training programs to support team performance and growth
  • Collaborate with managers to identify training needs, schedule sessions, and align programs with team objectives
  • Develop educational materials such as module courses, videos, role-playing exercises, and presentations tailored to a sales environment
  • Provide coaching and mentoring for new employees to support their onboarding and success in sales roles
  • Translate organizational sales requirements into training initiatives that prepare employees for career progression and enhanced performance
  • Create structured learning activities and monitor their effectiveness to meet the sales team’s specific needs
  • Evaluate training effectiveness to ensure the incorporation of sales skills, processes, and compliance behaviors into daily team practices
  • Work closely with the team to update and improve call procedures and processes, ensuring alignment with sales strategies and compliance standards

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Sales Training Specialist to empower our team with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in sales and deliver exceptional member experiences. You will play a key role in supporting the Personal Contact Marketing Team by designing and delivering engaging sales training programs, onboarding new team members, and developing tailored training content to enhance the team’s understanding of sales techniques, compliance standards, and our sales processes. Your work will directly contribute to improving individual performance and driving team success.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Native or excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Ability to use industry tools like GSuite, MS Office, and sales performance tracking systems
  • Passion for coaching and empowering others, with a focus on improving sales performance and compliance
  • Proactive mindset, always on the lookout for trends or challenges and creating training initiatives to drive team success
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple training sessions and adapt to evolving team needs
  • Experience working in sales within regulated industries, with knowledge of compliance and ethical selling practices considered an advantage
  • Proven experience in delivering training both virtually and face-to-face, including 1-2-1 coaching
  • An understanding of effective sales methodologies and tools to maximize team engagement and learning
  • Collaborative spirit, thriving as part of a team environment
  • Open to feedback, with a drive to learn and continually improve training programs and techniques
