Program Manager II, Process Engineering, Google Cloud Circularity

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in process engineering (e.g., improvement, mapping, optimization, efficiency).
• Experience with data tracking, analysis, or reporting systems.

Preferred qualifications:

• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience working in a data center, industrial environment, or other complex supply chain organizations.
• Experience in waste management, recycling, or sustainability program management with a focus on circular economy principles.
• Knowledge of advanced waste sorting technologies and recycling equipment.

Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Analyze data to identify trends, track progress towards circularity goals, and generate comprehensive reports.
• Evaluate and optimize waste management processes based on data-driven insights continuously.
• Develop and implement site-specific waste management strategies that prioritize circularity principles.
• Design, document, and deploy advanced waste sorting systems and innovative recycling technologies to maximize resource recovery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data center operations, sustainability, sourcing, and recycling vendors to embed circularity principles into all aspects of data center operations.
