As a Manager and Senior Analyst on the T&S Responsible AI Novel Testing Team, you will be an expert in developing structured ways to test Google’s GenAI products with new and previously-untested functionality against safety, neutrality and fairness standards. You will draw on expertise across testing operations, policy, and AI systems and will partner closely with the technical abuse-fighting experts in T&S to understand launch requirements, develop and implement testing protocols. You will leverage robust data analysis to provide quantitative and qualitative actionable insights on potential risks for mitigation by T&S and product teams define and implement risk mitigation strategies. You will need to manage many stakeholders through effective relationship building, influence and communication skills. Your ability to think strategically, collaborate, and execute quickly will be instrumental in shaping the future of AI development, ensuring that Google's AI products are safe, fair, and unbiased.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$234,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
