Job Description

Sales Data Operation Analyst

Workplace: Bangalore (In Office)

Responsibilities:

I.Data Maintenance:

Oversee data entry processes and ensure accurate and timely updates in the CRM Account records.
Utilize data enrichment tools like D&B hoovers and Zoominfo and services to validate Account records
Regularly review and clean duplicates, perform merge actions, update outdated or irrelevant data in the CRM
Manage queue of Data change request and Meet SLA guidelines

II.Data Quality Management:

Conduct data audits cadence and identify inaccuracies or inconsistencies
Collaborate with operational teams (Marketing, RevOps, Finance and IS) to ensure data accuracy and identify areas that are not aligned with the data governance and Policies
Conduct root cause analysis for data quality issues and recommend corrective actions of Business processes

III.Request for proposal (RFP):

Managing the tool/admin activities
Uploading RFPs/questionnaires to Rubrik RFP Tool
Co-ordinating with Rubrik SMEs for completion of RFPs/questionnaires
Co-ordinating with Sales Team for completion of RFPs/questionnaires

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM and data management/operations.
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
Familiarity with data governance principles and data quality frameworks and tools such as ZoomInfo, D&B Hoovers, etc.
Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal stakeholders
Proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions
Excellent written and verbal English
