Global Contracts Manager, Google Cloud Data Centers

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• 5 years of experience with with construction management and digital contract management programs for data centers.
• 5 years of experience in contract management, construction management, business agreements, supplier development, and supply chain processes.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree, MBA, or JD in a legal, technical, or engineering field.
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  
• Experience with various contract management software platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

In this role, you will support the delivery of Google's data centers around the globe. The team interfaces with delivery teams, strategic leadership, front-end planning, design, procurement and legal teams to provide sound, consistent contractual support across the spectrum of needs.

As a Global Contracts Manager in the Project Controls Group, you will be responsible for oversight and assistance of the contractual needs for all aspects of building Google's data centers for the region. You will take a leadership role in working with peers, managers, internal stakeholders, and executives of Google and general contractor partners.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Develop and execute contract and procurement strategies through collaboration with Google delivery and procurement teams.
• Lead negotiation and execution of construction agreements for a variety of stakeholder groups to ensure on time delivery of projects.
• Oversee contract administration program to achieve consistency and excellence.
• Support key contractual requirements for delivery teams, including scope amendments, change orders, dispute resolution, and contribute to global planning and contract strategy.
