About the Team-
Paytm Ads is Paytm's digital advertising vertical that offers innovative ad solutions to clients across
industries. It offers advertisers the opportunity to engage with 350Mn+ users who interact with over
200+ payment & retail services, online and offline - offered by Paytm. Paytm Ads maps the
transactions to their lifestyle choices and creates customized segmentation cohorts for sharp
shooting ad campaigns to the most relevant target group

Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop web assets, including banners, graphics, and landing pages.
2. Create compelling marketing collaterals, including brochures, presentations, case studies,
social media graphics, emailers and newsletters
3. Design and maintain sales decks to support the sales team
4. Collaborate with the team to create engaging videos for campaigns and social media
5. Contribute to branding initiatives, ensuring consistency across all design outputs
6. Act as the Point of Contact (POC) for all marketing design requirements
7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs
8. Develop event branding collaterals like backdrop, badges, AV files, etc Work closely wi

Skills required:
1. At least 3 years of experience in design or relevant field
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design too
like Figma
