Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in ‌account management, sales, and marketing ‌in‌ ‌the digital/media/advertising‌ industry.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in online ad sales, business-development, marketing, or consulting sales.
  • Experience in Google Ads account management.
  • Ability to deliver results under pressure to client services.
  • Excellent leadership, organization, communication, people management, and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

  • Develop and manage relationships directly with advertisers in Japan.
  • Own the mission to light the spark of digital transformation in large Ad spenders with potential in Large Customer Sales (LCS).
  • Be an advisor and consultant, as well as an advocate for clients within Google. 
  • Grow existing business, develop new business with global and domestic clients, and support your team.
