Role Description: As a Business Analyst in our Central Partner Services organisation you'll explore and propose commercial and operational opportunities on a global level to increase commercial performance. You'll collaborate with commercial specialists, Central and Regional Partners Services tracks, Product teams and Data & Analytics. A key part of the role will be delivering action orientated and innovative recommendations to local and global stakeholders resulting in tangible commercial and operational improvements. Key Job Responsibilities and Duties: Stakeholder Management Use expertise and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and innovate towards achieving ambitions together and create high performing working relationships. Be seen as an expert and key driver / iterator of stakeholders’ goals ultimately driving additional value to the business through the ability to make better decisions. Translate data findings into business stories for teams to make business decisions Commercial Awareness Use creative, innovative and strategic thinking to identify different opportunities to further improve partner performance and engagement while using a data driven approach Communicate proactively with other analysts to understand trends and effects from other efforts Produce intelligence through data analysis that leads to actionable outcomes Perform ad-hoc analysis, scenarios and benchmarking when needed. Innovation Identify challenges, opportunities and actions to improve data quality & consistency, actionability and visibility. Look for automation solutions on the different deliverables to have updated data Optimise existing dashboards, reporting and data insights to align with the fast-paced environment that changes rapidly. Data analysis and reporting Build dashboards and reporting that help the Central Partner Services teams to meet their objectives. Perform analysis to deep-dive business challenges or opportunities, on request and on your own initiative. Deliver reports with clear and actionable insights. Makes sure new data assets fit well in the current landscape Optimise the automation of regular reports. Ensure high quality output, by taking quality assurance measures. Business impact Is aware of the potential business impact of the work their team is doing and always prioritises based on that impact potential. Actively support others to find clarity on business initiatives and be widely accepted in the business as a key driver of value creation towards business ambitions. Qualifications & Skills: Demonstrated track record of identifying and proposing commercial / operational opportunities (preferably 3+ years of analyst experience) Very high problem solving and structuring skills, with the ability to simplify complex areas Analytical mastermind, with a statistical background Advanced knowledge of data collection and data processing tools like SQL, Python and relational databases Highly proficient in using data analysis, reporting and visualisation tools: e.g. Tableau Exceptional oral and written communication - able to visualise data insights and create a storyline that captures the audience. Ability to work with, influence and align with multiple stakeholders Business acumen to quickly understand Booking’s objectives and key results and the way all parts of the company work together to realise our ambitions. Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise tasks, and manage time efficiently.
