The next step in the evolution of the Order-to-Cash organization is to drive efficiencies and scalability by aligning our processes globally. As a GBS Credit Analyst you will coordinate the credit portfolio assigned to GBS and will partner closely with Worldwide Credit, Sales, Operations, Legal and other GBS teams. Key responsibilities for the GBS Credit Analyst include: Conduct periodic reviews of the credit portfolio to ensure compliance with risk management and business objectives. Partner with key collaborators to manage global credit escalations and other emergent issues. Collaborate with the Global Process Organization to identify, prioritize, and implement operational improvements and systems enhancements. Provide requirements and collaborate with data analysts and global process analysts to deliver reporting and tools to improve team efficiency and productivity. Proficient in customer contract credit language and credit risk mitigation structures and implementation (e.g. collateral, credit insurance, bank support, parent support, etc.) Able to operate independently with minimal direct supervision, relying on own judgment and discretion to think creatively and resolve a variety of highly complex issues in effective ways.

5+ years of experience in credit analysis, with a proven track record of handling complex credit customers in a multinational environment.
Demonstrated skills in financial statement analysis and credit decisioning with working knowledge of credit risk mitigation strategies and instruments.
Experience re-engineering processes to drive consistency and scalability in high-volume environments.
