Job Description

About The Team:

No two days are the same working within the Facilities & Maintenance team! If you thrive working within a fast paced environment, where teamwork is an absolute must and your priority is helping to improve and better everyday working life, then this role is absolutely for you. This is a FTC until 1 May 

What You Will Be Doing:

  • You will be the “Face of HelloFresh”
  • Maintaining site security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the front desk. 
  • Be the first point of contact for all external visitors/contractors and issuing them with access passes. Ensuring all visitors are booked in via our Envoy system.
  • Maintaining the approved contractors list, and ensuring all contractors are on the “approved contractors list”.  
  • Notify stakeholders of visitor arrivals
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail and deliveries. 
  • Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable
  • Daily site walk - Check the canteen vending machines are in working order. Contact the supplier if an engineer is required. 
  • Obtain quotes & Raise purchase orders on Oracle. Record all the information on the Budget Tracker. 
  • Contractor Supervision Inspection Checklists. Scan the completed forms from Facilities & upload to the correct month’s file.  
  • Maintenance of various Trackers & H&S Audits tracker on a monthly basis. File paper copies.
  • CCTV. Supply security camera footage when it is requested by an authorised person.
  • Performing right to work checks. 
  • Support Facilities Tech with light duties. 
  • General Administration Duties. 

Who You Are:

  • High level of customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Be able to organise and manage your own workload effectively 
  • Adept problem solving skills

Location: The Beehive, Unit 1, St George's Way, Bermuda Park, Nuneaton 

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm or 7:30 - 4:30pm)
