Meta is seeking an experienced sales and marketing leader with demonstrated success growing established and emerging business categories, and building high performing teams with inclusive environment. The Industry Manager will lead the sales and go-to-market strategy for a segment of the China Apps & Gaming vertical.
The qualified candidate can work cross-functionally to develop go-to-market strategies for their clients and their teams. They will have achieved success as leaders of change/operational rigor by introducing new performance measures, processes and systems. They can create and deploy strategies for the future that drive tangible results for both established and emerging business categories. In this role, they will build and manage a strategically focused/consultative sales team, selling Meta advertising solutions to partners at all stages of the funnel.
We are looking for a self-starter who has demonstrated success, dealing with ambiguity and successfully managing teams with different tenure, master in problem-solving leadership and limited oversight. Ideal candidates will have management experience in a sales environment, fluency in direct response marketing and measurement strategies, and experience selling cross-network online marketing solutions within the digital marketing industry.
