Chief of Staff to CEO

Picsart is seeking a Chief of Staff to directly support the CEO as we navigate our next growth and operational excellence phase. The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic advisor, problem solver and execution partner, enabling the CEO and leadership team to have the data, insights, and operational support needed to make informed decisions. This position is critical to the company’s success and requires a candidate with exceptional analytical skills, data literacy, financial acumen, and strategic problem-solving skills.

You will

• Work directly alongside the CEO to support all aspects of company strategy, business operations, and financial planning.
• Lead and manage high-priority strategic initiatives across departments, ensuring timely execution.
• Leverage data to identify opportunities for improved operational efficiency, resource allocation, and process optimization.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and analyses for Board meetings, investor relations, and executive discussions.
• Support cross-functional communication and ensure alignment between the CEO, executive leaders and the rest of the team.
• Act as a thought partner to the CEO, helping to frame complex challenges and propose actionable solutions.

About you

• Experience in operations, product management, and/or strategy roles at or services for a growth-stage company/companies. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data-driven decision-making.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with senior-level stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to synthesize and present insights clearly.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize competing priorities effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or similar) is a plus.
• Intensive AI usage experience (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude). Coding skills are a plus.
